Get New Clients? Get an MBA? #5017

Mark Cuban, a billionaire, says his job in his companies is to generate revenues.  Did I mention he is a billionaire?  So why are you not making this a priority today?  Take away all the hoopla, the mystique, and focus on this one thing.

So in your company, in your position, shouldn’t this be your highest priority too? Have Fun, get sales?  Get results (today)?  Make it happen (now)?  Help your company grow!

Do this, make this…“your main thing,” and watch something incredible happen: You are on fire. You have momentum.  All the birds sing.  All the possibilities begin to bloom.  Everything becomes possible again.

Doing this releases tremendous energy in yourself, then you can do all the other non-essential tasks in a nanosecond.

So go out today and inspire someone to become a new client of yours.  Find out what they need.  Fill that need; excel here.  Do this and everything becomes easier, most things then even become unnecessary.

As an entrepreneur, a sales professional, a business owner, your first priority is to generate income.  Your next goal is to inspire others to do the same.  Get good at both of these and you become so valuable, you can do whatever you want, have whatever you want, and write your own paycheck and fill in whatever amount you choose.

This day, focus on production: Produce real revenues now, not in some imaginary future.  If you are doing the work (daily), consistently, you will have business today, tomorrow and the next day.  If you are not, you will struggle each day.

Do the work. Take full responsibility and you naturally will thrive now, not someday.

So today, go get a new client.  Take action.  Help your grow company: This is where your focus must be.  Ask: Why am I on the payroll?  Every position, your position, in any company is only as secure as what you produce, what you are willing to do to help your company grow.

How about ask: What can I do today, to generate income?  Sure, plant seeds, but do the work that will help the company get (and keep) new clients?  How about continually ask: What can I do (right now) to help this company grow today, by the end of this week, ASAP?

By using this focus, this incredible searing truth in business, and actualizing it, making it happen, you will release endorphins (meaning you get a ton of energy) that creates so much momentum, and resolve that you become incredibly confident and absolutely unstoppable.

So do more. Create more.  Become more and you will be rewarded.

Who will reward you?  The marketplace! 

Do a little, you get very little. Do average, you are paid barely average.  But do massive things, get massive results, make massive strides in generating income for a company (your company) and the marketplace pays you hugely, incredibly, like royalty.

That focused effort, all determined by exactly by what you produce, what you are willing to do, pays you and your company a king’s ransom.

Right now, this instant, be willing to do more:  Get the results you desire.

So this day, this week, produce.  Do nothing else.  Make nothing else first on your list.  Do this and the marketplace will pay you more than you can even imagine.

It is easy to stay average, to get by, to play it safe doing paperwork, and the non-essential things.  And the marketplace will pay you a meager wage for all this misplaced effort and ho-hum trying.

But believe you are ready to get massive results, by selling more, by getting new clients today, this moment, and you become the most valuable person in any company.

Of course, it is not your job to try and sell people things they don’t want. Instead, be extremely diligent, excited, passionate to find those who are absolutely in need of what you do (your people), and you will find it is as natural as breathing, why?

Because you then are committed to put in the “consistent effort” and you will dig through the dirt to get the gold, to get a result today.

There is always gold.  Be courageous and bold enough to go out and find the gold.  Find your people, those who are as excited about what you have to offer as you are.

Do this and success will come faster than you can even imagine.  Don’t do this and you will be frustrated, of low spirit and low energy, like a flashlight requiring a new battery.

Step into the light: This is your power. Charge your battery by getting results; this creates momentum: Real momentum helps you, helps your clients, helps your company and helps everyone involved.

What if you made it a goal to get one new client every day?  How would this change your financial world, your family’s life, the health of your company?  Can you use 250 new clients in a year?  Do this, focus on this, make this happen and you will sing all the way to the bank.
