The Power of Questioning Everything

As we live, we form habits.  What habits serve you?  What habits used to serve you and may not anymore.  Why do you do something, anything?  Isn’t it worth examining, looking at, contemplating? I get up every morning and I drink coffee.  Ok, is that good, bad, worth changing, worth examining, doing in a different way? So someone, actually two people, told me the healthy thing to do is drink a quart of water right when you wake up.  So I now do this.  And then I drink coffee.  A slight shift, and it creates an amazing health benefit, and it is very easy to do.
